I got the same call about lowering my interest rate and when I asked which credit card it was pertaining to he hung up on me. When I tried calling the number back I got a message saying the number was no longer in service.
It's a scam. I just got the same call and I talked to the guy directly. He kept saying they could lower the interest on my Visa Mastercard (um those are 2 different companies!). I kept asking him for which bank and he kept asking me how much I owed. I finally said I owed $0 and he immediately hung up on me.

Got a call from this number. Asked me if I was interested in lowering my credit card rate. Told him I don't have a credit card I payed them off, and he hung up...Beware...of this number....Give no information..
