It's a scam. I just got the same call and I talked to the guy directly. He kept saying they could lower the interest on my Visa Mastercard (um those are 2 different companies!). I kept asking him for which bank and he kept asking me how much I owed. I finally said I owed $0 and he immediately hung up on me.
I recieved a recorded call from 305-000-7583 again yesterday so I pressed 1. A man came on the line and asked me if I wanted to lower my intrest rate. I don't have any credit cards so I proceeded to say, "Actually No." Then he hung up. This is quite the scam they have going on. I have recieved several calls from them in the past and have told them not to call. I did report it to the FTC Do Not Call List.
