they are not real, they claim that u owe them money and they only speak very fast spanish. they are rude and are fake!! do not send them any money. Just do not answer ot hang up on them they prey on innocent people who elderly and sick.
I rec'd the same call on my cell phone . A message was left telling me that I missed a court date and that I needed to call back urgently and contact a Ms. Perez (an attorney). I was confused regarding the message, I called back and was told by the receptionist that I would get a call back in 5 minutes. Five minutes exactly passed I rec'd the phone call and was told that a few years ago I contacted a company in Florida and I agreed to purchase and sell a product. I told "la Licensiada" Perez that I had no clue what she was talking about and I needed more information. She was very rude and told me they usually do not provide information over the phone but apparently I called a company and was in agreement to sell their product and she told me since the company paid for the product I never fulfilled my end of selling the product. I asked that she give me the name of the Company and she was very rude talking over me and did not want to provide me more information. I told her since she was calling me with these allegations I had the right to know the information. She then went on to tell me that they were going to send out another letter of my next court date, which would be at a local court house in my city and state. I knew she was full of it and told her to send me all the info and I would have my attorney contact them, she then was rude speaking super fast over me until I finally told her if they are going to call and accuse me then they should have all their lies straight and if they cannot provide me information because of their policy then for her to stop harassing me and stop calling my phone. She was pissed off and was yelling and I hung up. PEOPLE THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM, DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION OR AGREE TO PAY ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU GET SCARED, THIS IS NOT LEGIT AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS INFAMOUS COURT DATE AND ALLEGATIONS.
I agree! A few days ago the same lady called on my elderly mother. The same exact scenario happened. The attorneys name was Lucía Perez. She called stating that my mother owed money. She was very rude. We called back and some secretary stated that Ms.Perez would call back in five minutes and never did.
