hi i did a got a phone call from this number and it is exactly what they toll me why didn't i show up to court. this girl name lucia mendez toll me that they would send me to court and ruin my record for the rest of my life.
I also received such calls and debt without having them scared me to not introduce myself in court and I was going to destroy the credit, thanks to everyone who reported these fraudulent calls that helped me make up my day because I was so tormented
I couldn't answer the call from this 305-359-5210 number, and heard the voice message from this lady Lucia Perez telling me that she represented the department of collection and that I had failed to appear in court before the judge Gustavo Bermudez the day before and that I should be advised that legal actions were to be taken. The message was in Spanish. I am so glad I researched the number before as I was concerned and ready to call back. This was a threatening message and very well organized, so it is very easy to fall for it. How unfortunate to learn about companies that try so hard to steal the money of hard working people. I hope the get caught and pay for the damage they have done to others. Good luck and please don't fall for this scam.
