I asked why they are calling my home at 9am on Saturday morning; ignorant man just kept repeating himself "we are card member services & will lower your rate". I asked what bank he is calling from, he repeated his same tag line. When I asked a 3rd time, he said "are you stupid? I said I am calling from card member services." He told me to shut up & listen. I asked his name-he said it's Barack Obama. I asked for a supervisor or manager and he said he is the manager... Then he offered me to speak with Bill Clinton.
He had my blood boiling!! I am calling verizon to find out how to report them & will block their number.
