I received 6 calls from this number claiming they are calling from a credit card company to lower my interest rate. I called my credit card company and was informed this is a scam.
Wow!!! Received a call from a company that wanted to lower my credit card rate. Asking to be taken off the list was not an option so I waited for the salesperson in order to ask to be taken off the list....only to be asked by the salesman if he could kiss my lips (excuse me) he repeated himself.......a couple more times and I hung the phone up. The caller called back wanting to kiss my lips or he would come to my house and kiss my lips, you bet I gave him a mouthful. It was a Miami number 305-368-8803 and then 305-368-8852. I tried calling back and it rings busy (phoney numbers) I was going to report him to his boss.....but he probably is the boss.
My parents got the same number and jerks calling. He had the nerve to call back after my dad hung up on him. Its the same song and dance saying they wanted to lower the interest rate on a credit card....thankfully my dad doesn't buy into that sort of crap. Hopefully this helps other people too. I called the number back on my cell phone and got a disconnected tone.
I wish I could attach an audio file here. I received call from 305-368-8865, with a familiar recorded message: '...nothing wrong with your credit card account, you qualify for a lower rate...' I never pick these up. I thought doing so might end the annoyance. I was asked for a credit card number. No kidding. .. When I hung up, I got MANY calls, in quick succession from 305-368-8003. The first reached my machine . The caller (who I believe I spoke with seconds earlier) left a threating message. According to this caller, my credit cards have all been canceled, I will never be given credit again, by anybody. I hope there is nothing to the latter claim, in the form of either identity, or real money theft. The caller obviously had SOME information about me.
just to let everyone know the calls really come from a call center paid by a company in the u.s.a, they get paid 300.00 a month working for the u.s.a company,and it paskatian is where it is located with the phone showing maimi, and they get one day off a week someone needs to shut the u.s.a company down ,people calling you are just doing what they are told
