Officer James is at it again - I was informed I had a payday loan I never paid back -- i didn'r catch the name of the company but not taking out a loan I knew what it was a co worker got caught up in one - I told him I didn't have a loan out and he said " Are you sure" then hung up.

I got call from this number. The guy who called this time said his name was Joe Christian and left the #305-390-0607 as a call back. But the number showing on my cell phone for this guy was
He said that he works for NULD, Federal, his badge #38532.
He said that cashnet.com deposited money into my acct. I don't have any dues/contacts with this loan company.
This number is a new call back for the scammers that say they are officers with the Dept of Law Investigation who tell you that you have had a law suit filed against you or you are under investigation for bank fraud, etc. and the FBI or some other branch of law enforcement is coming to get you if you don't give them a credit or debit card # so they can take what "you owe" out of your account. The guy who called this time said his name was Bob Cooper and left the #305-390-0607 as a call back. The number showing on my cell phone for this guy was 211-305-8381. They apparently have just started to use this number. If you google the 211-305-8381 the only thing you will find are comments from 3 bloggers 2 of whom sound like they aren't sure what is going on.
I have told these people off about 4 different times and they still keep calling. I told them I knew this was a scam and that I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
This number, 211-305-8381, just called my cell phone. They repeatedly called me from a different number about a month ago. Called on a daily basis, numerous times per day. I thought they got the hint that I wasn't falling for their scam - but, alas, they are calling me again. I can barely understand what they are saying in the message. I know it's a scam and would love to put a stop to these vermin. I haven't spoken to anyone, just get the messages, but I will convey what i have read repeatedly about this creepy outfit: DON"T TALK TO THEM AND DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THEM.
hey i am James from CA this people have called me several times at first i thought they are scamming but when they took me to the court i realized that i should have heard them..i payed 3300 $ in the court house as a penalty charges.when they called me they said to pay 325$ i should have trusted them but it did not because of that i payed 3300 $ as a penalty..i say you should trust them or else you may be in trouble like me.
