Officer James is at it again - I was informed I had a payday loan I never paid back -- i didn'r catch the name of the company but not taking out a loan I knew what it was a co worker got caught up in one - I told him I didn't have a loan out and he said " Are you sure" then hung up.

I just wish I knew how thesae jerks get our info. It 1st started for me in February,It was a Paul Ekster collecting for Instacash. i was in a panic when he said he would come to my job and arrest me 430pm that day. i googled the number 310-803-5849 and found out it was a scam.That number got disconnected. The next time it was a group with a head person named marcus Garner collecting for American Cash advance he said he was from American Law firm,I still hear from Marcus. Then there were the fake cashnet usa people,Now these people insist i have a loan with ezloan.com. there is no such company.i just call them over and over again to harass thhem until they turn their phones off.They curse me in Indian calling me a Ban Chut and a mother chut,its awful
And as soon as they know you know they are a scam,They stop the legal crap and start calling names such as Gay and other bad names,One of them asked me to send them my mother and my sister.i dont even have a sister.These are very bad people.They need to be in jail
These people just seem to keep calling and calling and calling. A couple of weeks ago I got a phone call and I told the guy to google his phone number and see what people are saying about him..I asked for his address and he had to think for a few minutes he couldn't spew it off right away. Then I asked him for proof to fax me - all they say is have your attorney call me and I will give it to him. I have had my father speak to them and he is an attorney. They ask him for his bar number. (no one ever asks for that). I guess they don't believe that anyone would ever have an attorney. I am so sick of these people calling they really need to go back under the rock from where they came!!!
They always ask to speak to your attourney. They always say Good luck with what will happen to you. This number will go away in a few weeks ,but a new number and the same scam will be back
