1:01 today.  Left on answering machine.
Call from 936-569-3651.  Same ro tic mssg about IRS suing me and to call 313-327-3030.  Of course this is a scam.  IRS never telephones, you'd get a mail notice first.

I got the same call on my caller ID that I have a pending law suit from the IRS.   I called the number and an Indian accented person told me not to call back again.

I got a call today from this number, telling me the IRS has a lawsuit against me.

Received recorded call on home phone stating IRS is filing lawsuits against me, to call 313 327-3030.  Don't have caller ID, so can't trace that way.  Checked Snopes.com, learned an IRS scam.

I received a phone message today saying it was the final warning from the IRS ---had a lawsuit against me---and asking me to call # 313-327-3030.
