Robot call from ID 'Peoples Assistance', which is the same as 'Bank Card Relief', which is the same as a number ID that is one or two digits from my number. Promises reduced interest rates on credit cards. No matter what I do, report, block, listen and tell them not to call, dial '1' to request they stop calling; they morph to another number and call again. These guys have truly figured out how to terrorize America and we keep blaming it on some poor Middle Eastern religious groups who only rape, kidnap and murder. How come CIA, FBI, NSF, DHS, TSA, and all the other anti-terrorists we have in this country can't stop this caller?
