Just received a call from this number at 11:19 today. (Tue. Oct. 16th) After saying 'hello' the call abruptly ended.  wtf?

Just got a call 11:15am 10/24, i have doctors appointment today at st. johns mercy may be their system?? or some stupid automatic call.

Rec'd a call today 10-25 answered, no response on other end have tried several times to call the number back and nothing happens on my cell phone "call ended" is promptly displayed.
