The majority of these calls are mostly likely from a person not affiliated with St. John's Mercy Medical. Said person is probably a scam artist using a program to disguise his number as one from St. John's.

It is the scheduling service from St John's. They call at the request of your Doctor when he/she asks for certain tests to be scheduled/performed.
For example, they just called me today to schedule a CAT scan and bone scan.

Sorry, this is incorrect. It is definitely St John's Mercy Medical Center. I am a cancer patient there and this is the caller id on their outgoing calls. The return number is: 314-364-3300.
