Who called from 3143642000

Rec'd a call today (12/6) on my cell.  I did not answer.  When I played message back, there was a long silence then a recorded voice with so much static.  I could not decode through the static what the message was trying to convey.

rec'd call @ 2:45pm, said "hello" no response and dead line.  Called the # back, and like the others, got 2 beeps and the call ended.  Is it really St. John's?

Rec'vd call on my cell phone from this number today... no voicemail, i call back and all it is is a busy signal...

What the heck is this?

I get at least 20 calls from this number a day. I need to make it stop. If any one knows how please inform me how...

Call St. John's mercy medical center in st. louis and let them know you are getting these calls.  I'm pretty sure it's their outbound call number.
