They want you to call back to "verify" your account info so that they can steal your personal information. They will steal your identity and open up credit lines etc. That number is probably some pay as you go phone that is untraceable and the text is probably from one of the many free anonymous sms senders.
Never call this number, if you need to inquire about your account call the number on your bill or on the official website.
