Appears to be a company conducting surveys.

Just want to give you a free "vacation" but really want to steal your CC# and info.. don't answer it!

I did not answer it and they did not leave a message.  It came in on my cellphone and my 2 kids cellphones (no message), we have put the number on our reject list.

Called me then hung up without saying a word

It said I won a free cruise for two people if I answer a few questions. Then at the end, asked if you want them to call you back for the cruise
