I picked up the phone and said nothing.  They did not speak or leave a message.  Why can't these people be stopped?  They need to be in jail.

314 449 9981 called at 1:34 EST, did not answer, left no message. Refuse to answer unknown numbers, return phone calls that leave no message. Now on my blocked list!

Same! Except I didn't answer because I was half way asleep and they woke up my spouse who had to get up for work in two hours. I've been trying to call back but now it's a non working number out of service?
