Called and didn't leave a message

called but hung up without leaving message.

Caller ID Unknown Name, no message left.   Looks like some old scammers trying a new number in the last two days.

This number called my cell phone at 10:10 AM this morning.  When I answered there was dead silence.  I kept saying hello and they hung up without saying a word.

Called, left no message, when try to return call says wireless customer is not available
