Called at 3:45pm, Nobody on the line, but a lot of other conversations going on in the background, i.e. a very busy phone bank, I think. I said hello 3 times and they hung up. Very annoying.
just got a call fr. work. Person on the other line identified himself as someone fr. a cancer society. he suuggested to me to give the donation through a credit card... hmmmm....
For heaven's sake. Medallion is an established company that collects donations for various charities, including those that help children with cancer. They may be annoying, but they are not sinister.
