Who called from 3146697140

It's a collection agency looking for someone that doesn't live here

Just got a call from this number so I hit the ignore button, and 20 seconds later they called again. Left no message!

This number rang my caller id showed CC LLC, I answered and a computer generated message said, "Thank you for calling, all our representatives are busy at this time, please remain on the line and the next available representative will be with you shortly."  Are you kidding me?

This is a scam!!!

I get 3-4 calls daily from this #
How do you stop them calling?
