My call from (314) 669-7140. On the phone, a rep named Clarence stated that he was from Credit Control. I informed him that it was an insufficient explanation of who he represented. He then asked for my Birth date. After I declined to supply that info I informed him that I first had to verify that he was who he said he was. So I asked, "Clarence, please give me 1) your full name, 2) your mother's maiden name, 3) your SSN, and 4) the town in which you were born. He asked why I wanted that information, and I replied that "I would run his information" to justify his being who he said he was, then we could talk. He replied, "I see this conversation is not going anywhere", and hung up. Poor boy. I felt so sad.
