This is SSM Scheduling -- St. Mary's Health Network in St. Louis.  They leave messages saying they want to schedule an appointment, but then when you call back, they have no idea who you are and claim they never called.  My doctor actually asked them to call me, but not so sure I want to work with a place where the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.....
