got unsolicited call from several numbers, with different area codes, all from the same company claiming it is in response to my email ... i never sent them an email. i've never even heard of them.
missed call, called back no answer.

Yes they are an Auto ship company. That are a real pest,they have several numbers that try to get your business through an automated system.If I am going to do business with anyone it will be with a live person not an Automated Secretary.
