Got a call from this number this morning, Woman on the other end sounded older; asked for my wife by name. When asked who she was representing, she said "the chiefs of police." Hung up. Spam or telemarketer.
This seems to be an SEO/marketing company. They call business listings (If you have a business listed in Google or somewhere else online as I do) and attempt to sell them certain advertising and marketing services. This particular one seems to be one of the companies that will offer to "manage all your business listings" for a price. It's a telemarketing call, however, being on the national DNC list won't prevent these particular calls. (Because the national DNC list only applies to cold calling and certain sales calls, these count as business calls using a number listed publicly)
Also, some info on being taken off specific a company's call lists: Usually, if you're not being taken off their list if you want to be, it's because they require you to do something specific (verify your phone number, click a link somewhere, etc) in order to actually be removed from their calling lists, and many people ignore that fact and think that screaming into the phone will take them off the list, when it doesn't. You can't complain that you aren't being removed from their list if you don't follow the instructions in order to actually be removed. (This, of course, doesn't apply in instances where you answer and no person or recording can be heard.)
