Got a message from Sarah Wells stating there is a "case against me" please contact her or have my attorney contact her today or she will document accordingly and submit charges. Never states who these "charges" are against. If they don't state your name most likely "fishing" scam to intimidate/threaten people into paying into extortion scam!
Just got a message stating they needed to talk to me or my attorney of records. If they didn't hear back from me or my attorney that my case was being filled in court
Lady called me saying there is a case against me and needs to speak with me or my attorney today or else she will file the case. Never stated my name, who made the case against me, or what it was about. I have not borrowed any money, or did anything to justify a case against me. Plus the caller ID says Ohio, I live in Texas!
Some woman called saying pre trial intervention, needs to hear from me or my attorney today or she will document waived my right to legal representation and case will be filed against me. Never indicates who she is calling for, never indicates what alleged case is about. Sounds like scam!
