Got the same call, if you have the time call them back, it's quite amusing to mess with them.  They will insist that they are taking to court.  If they hang up, just keep calling back :).  I have a long commute and get bored

I got the same phone call, my attorney call and said the number was disconnected . Now she is calling from a 419-491-4218 number.

I got the same call same exact call but they seem to know my address and everythin even my license number is this the case with u guys also or did they not know any of ya personal information ..?

Received call from Sarah Wells stating that I needed to contact Pre-Trial Diversions and that if I failed to contact then they would assume I had waived my right to notice.  I called number back and was put on hold numerous times.  I asked for their company name, their address, their website, their client's name, They said they were from Grand Prairie Texas but the number was out of Ohio .  Said they worked under a firm Anderson & Baker.  Said they represented Cash Central.  The phone number I received call from was 1-419-491-4218.  They said criminal charges were being pressed against me.  After being put on hold several times, the call terminated.
