Who called from 3302729904

I actually answered  no response---says youngstown ohio

Caller had strong Indian/Pakistani(?) accent.  Asked to speak to the person in charge of the electric and gas bill. I said "he's not here" and promptly hung up before listening to their scam.

I never answer my home phone unless i recognize the number.  Purchased an answering machine 2 years ago just for the purpose of screening unwanted calls.   No message left, go figure.

It's mid-day where they're calling from.  SCAM
