I think this caller is also using another number - (330-259-1098) as well. Received a call from BOTH numbers today. This caller called on 19 January 2017 as well. They never leave a message nor do I answer these unknown calls. I am going to file a complaint with the FCC if they don't stop!

Said on the caller ID Youngstown, OH. I have my phone set so the answering machine picks up after 2 rings instead of 4 and that throws off some of these types of calls. No hello, just hung up when the answering machine picked up.
Just received a call from this number claiming they were from "Choice Energy" After listening to their pitch which is that ohio has deregulated the electric companies and I would save 10% on my bill, I happily agreed. Before I could agree to give my account number I demanded to know what Ohio Revised Code had gone through. I wanted to know the phone number and address for their company. I was told that she couldn't provide that. I demanded a supervisor and another "person" whose primary language is obviously not english assured me that everything would be fine I just need to give my information. I informed him that I thought it was funny that I've spent the last couple hours listening to phone scams on troyhunt.com and this sounds just like one of those. He assured me that he was with the state. I asked for clarification on that, that the previous rep said the company was choice energy. He said no we are the "Ohio Choice Energy Department". I told him I'd be writing my state representatives and that I found it appalling that they would choose for their department to outsource these calls overseas rather than using people in our own country. I ended the call abruptly as no further information could be gained without giving my account number. Clearly a scam as previous posters have said. Very pushy and demanding. I'm guessing deregulation will be the new story they tell people to try to con them out of money for the foreseeable future.
