I received this call too. It was a automated robot person. I called them back and the person who answered was an Indian man with a heavy accent. He hung up on me. I called back and an Indian woman with a heavy accent answered. I told them I was a 16 year old girl and I didn't understand. She asked me for my information and implanted dumb. She then asked for someone who I didn't even know and I told her wrong number. She said she would take my number off her list.
yeah i get those messages every once in awhile for over a year now and nothing has happened. its a comuter animated voice and they say all i can do is wish you a good luck. not even proper english lol i keep putting them on a blocked list and they somehow keep calling me. I wouldnt worry about it
I got two calls with same threatening message of a lawsuit. First it rang on my cell and then my landline. I wonder how this stupid scammer managed to get both my numbers. Someone should do something. I think there should be a government agency that investigates such calls. This call is very threatening and I think if a senior citizen receives such call they might believe and worst still, have a heart attack.
Got a call @ 1:07pm. Thankfully my machine was turned off so I didn't have to listen to "IRS" from overseas telling me I'm being sued. LOL!
I agree with many others how sad this is for our seniors who are vulnerable to these types of scams.
