Unprofessional company that claims to be a legal litigator for Online Advance LLC who received my information and are blackmailing me to have a warrant put out for my arrest when the information they gave to me was outdated and incorrect. They refuse to give me any contact information because I'm the client, when law requires information to be provided when you are involved in a case. If it's a legit case that is! Be aware of these snakes because they will harrass you and intimidate you into giving them 1000 USD or more for something they can't legally do. If papers aren't provided to you as the alleged criminal in the case; they can't BY LAW, have you arrested without legal means to protect yourself. These people are running a scam to scare victims into paying ridiculous amounts of money for something you didn't do. They raise their voice at you, talk down to you, hang up on you numerous times, and bully you over the phone into trying to admit to something that you didn't do.
I just got a call from these fools! They almost had me paying to save my husband from a warrant!!! I called my bank and we did in fact have a pay day loan years ago and it was PAID IN FULL. These jokers would not give me any information whatsoever about who the company was that we owed the alleged debt to or how much the original debt was to begin with. My bank advised that it was likely a scam. I also called the BBB and they advised that it was likely a scam and no legal proceedings can be done over the phone.
These people just called me and said that I am supposed to turn myself in for 120 days of jail immediately for failing to pay some payday loan in a state that I don't even live in. I know it is a scam because the store branches cannot lend to someone who lives and works out of state due to restrictions of my state. Plus, I have NEVER even for ONE DAY lived in the state they claim that I have lived in. Nor do I know anyone who lived at that address before. Plus they could not have deposited money into a closed account. That is common knowledge.
I just rec'd a a voicemail from a William Jacobs stating if I didn't call him back or my attorney didn't he would start pre-trial intervention. I'm not wasting my time calling these people back. If it were really something I would of rec'd notifcation in the mail.
