i called them and just told them I had just gotten this cell phone number since I was put in the witness protection program and further calls to this number would be sent to my handler for action.
The number 330-433-5984 is for Dillards credit services, if you are behind on any credit cards and they are owned by GE credit services they will call you from this number.
They either just hang up or they say the are from GE Credit Services and when you tell them the bill is in the mail you get an attitude of when will it be here. I don't know when the post man drops it off. They call about 3-4 times a day and never leave a voicemail. They start there first call around 8:00am
My Dillard's account has a zero balance. When I called G.E. Money/Dillard's about the repeated calls, I was told to do the following: Write a letter to G.E. Money telling them to "cease and desist" calling you. You must use these exact words. Keep a copy of your letter. The address is: G.E. Money, P.O. Box 36960, Canton OH, 44735-6960. If they continue to call, it's telephone harassment.
