just received call claiming to be from Windows Computer in California. When told fella with foreign accent that caller ID said call was from Akron, OH and that he was a scam he hung up.
Tech support scam, has called repeatedly. I strung him along with "what company do you work for?" "Where are you, in India? 'No South Carolina.' " "Then why is your caller ID from Akron? 'That's where my boss is.' " Second time I told him if he ever calls back I'll call the police. So he called a third time.
They just called me for the 3rd time in a week. I told him I was going to report him and he said "F$#@ You do you understand that"! These people are nuts!
Called me tonight, here is AZ. Something about Windows computer. Told him I worked with Micro-soft. Told him he was running a scam. He had a heavy accent as well. He told me to suck something and hung up after I told him what he could do to himself.....
