I lost my dog and this person texted me saying she found it and wanting a "google code". I live in Washington state, and this number is from Ohio, so not likely. I texted her back and said just call me, and she never replied after that.
Texted me saying she is deaf and her name is Nicole and she found my lost phone. Wanted serial number and all my contact info and tons of info on the phone. Lost in nah but number is from ohio??
I also got an email from this person saying their name was Monica Blanker and that she's deaf. Said she found my iPhone in CO and wanted a bunch of information about the phone. Total scam
same here - got a message she found my phone. Wanted info. I just gave serial number by text. She said my phone was ready to be mailed. I said let's meet and then she sent me a text saying her mother was sick in South African (sic)
Said she would be back Sept 21. Yeah. She must not have a life wasting her time. Don't know what kind of info she is getting, not from me. Beware!!!!
