I've not seen calls from this entity before, yet it may be another relation to the infamous "Rachel" - at least that's what I'm guessing, based on what was displayed on my caller ID (Bank Card Advocates?). Perhaps rather than "assisting" customers lower their payments, they're really encouraging people to apply for more credit cards and take on added unnecessary debt. I suppose I will never truly know, given that the call was received at 3:54 PM PST on 12/10, but went unanswered.

"Hello. It is urgent that you call us about your credit card". I call back, the only voice mail stated "if you want to be put on a 'do not call' list, press 1". Another similar call earlier today, I called back and asked what credit card they were from, and was hung up upon.
