That's not good enough. The FTC needs to shut down all operations and congress needs to act now on this too. Because we Americans are getting so tired of it. I am cutting off my landline starting January 1st 2016. Because it doesn't look like it's going away at all.

And they will still call you on  a cell phone.  Criminals don't obey laws.. Do you have any idea of how many complaints these agency's (CFPB,FTC, FCC)  have per day and how many agents to handle those?

This isn't CSI on TV, things do not get solved in a hour! Neither is the DNC a call blocker. Not will ever stop criminals or foreighn country's  scammers from calling you.

As fast as they take down one, two or three more spring up. They have taken down more then one "Rachel" though.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Don't sit around "considering" for too long, or you will be these scammers' next victim. You have already pressed numbers, and called them back, so you are on the perpetual sucker list.
