I've been e-mailing back and forth about a house they said was in Cedar Rapids that I wanted to rent and it was the same exact wording as the e-mail you posted short of their "supposed" name and address of the house! I'm so thankful that you posted this!
HAHAH.... they alomst got us too - wow, thank goodness I did some reasearch and found this. I want to reach out to the people that really own that home and let them know there house is up for sale OMG !

Damn, they almost got me too and Im in Ohio!! I have been going back and forth for over a week via emails pretty much exact to Nathan's emails. The number goes to magic jack also :(
