I've been e-mailing back and forth about a house they said was in Cedar Rapids that I wanted to rent and it was the same exact wording as the e-mail you posted short of their "supposed" name and address of the house! I'm so thankful that you posted this!
This guys is still out there he just struck again. He sent me the same emails as above but claimed to be from Minot ND. I am so glad I googled his name and found this website.
