Who called from 34000

I got a missed call from +34000 too, any ideas?

Just got a call from +34000 (9-10PM). I missed it. Did not try to call back. No idea what was that. Anyway, I am not going to answer.

i want to know whos the caller and where he come from and what is his message all about because he drop the call right away after saying hello.

+34000 called me at 11.30am.  I didn't answer because it isn't a number type I recognise.
