Who called from 34000

I got a call from +34000 I did no response but the numbers seems to be fake.

Hi! I missed 3 phone calls from 3 weird numbers, +000, +39090 and +34000. Do you have any idea what are these numbers? Thank you

Also got a call from +34000.
The first one I missed and no message was left.
The second one 20 min later I was able to pick up and this was for sure made from a computer and not a cell phone.

I only heard a woman on the phone saying "Salam aleikum" nothing more.
