Who called from 34000

It was a recruiter when I got a call off that number

I keep getting calls from +34000 phone number, have not bothered to answer.  Who is it and what do they want?

I got a miss call from +34000 last aug 19 2012 at 6:15 pm and aug. 20 2012 at 8:44 am dnt know where the call came from and who is the caller.

Tämmöinen soitto minullekin tänään 03.09.2012 klo12.27. En toki vastannut outoon numeroon. Mutta mites käyp vanhuksille, jotka huonoti näkevät numeron ja hätäisesti vastaavat? Rapsahtaako ylimääräistä maksua?
