I keep getting calls from this number and the hang up like they don't answer

They keep calling my number but have no idea who they are.

two calls in 45 minutes.  No messages; blocked.

This number calls me between five and ten times daily, no message, no caller I.D., NO RETURN CALL FROM ME!

I just got a call from a guy pretending he's some auto care center who works with insurance companies. They had a lot of my info (probably from progressive who sold it to whomever after I switched to Geico a week ago). The guy wanted to confirm a bunch of my information. I didn't give him any confirmations, and when I asked what they did with insurance companies, he says "they work with", and keeps repeating "it's not a sales call", and "someone will call me back in 1or 2 day". When I finally said I'm not interested, he hung up before I finished the sentence.
