I was stupid enough to fall for it. said they were under American Cash Advance and proceeded to tell me they were going to sue me for fraud and i could no longer legally contact the suing party. that I had to go through them. they told me i could restitute my case for 1157 dollars and avoid a warrant being issued for my arrest.with a minimum of 6 months to 2yrs behind bars. Seeing that he had all my information , i was terrified...
didnt see it was a scam till he made a call seeing that wasnt enough for total resolution.

Yes this man is a fraud. He wanted 895.00 on 2/22/13 but I said I did not have a loan out. He said i did from ammerican cash central. He threatened to put me in jail and call the police. I found out on the computer that he was a fraud There are other names that he goes by when he calls you Lets put him in jail also he gave me a phony id number. If you do not know the number who is calling you do not answer it. mary
