I posted something the other day and it is not posted here.Calls from them;same as alot of the above.Threatening,scary.Accent.I called back today.Man answered named Allen;sounded just the guy on another payday loan collection scam.I told him I gave this number to my attorney,that i was sick of this crap and to not call again.But word of advice to all of you;DO NOT GET PAYDAY LOANS:thay are TOO hard to get paid back.I will do without before I would ever get another one.The best to all of you.
Same Here.......my co-worker and I were giggling as he was rambling which apparently really ticked him off and he said he was calling my employer and he had every bit of my information. I told him that he really needs to brush up on Maryland Law due to the fact that you do not get arrested for a civil suit and to please initiate legal proceedings. I am going to take some advice from an earlier post and call them all day long. I have unlimited minutes....what the heck!! I did apply for a payday loan; however, something didn't feel right, so I never did proceed. I have gotten these phone calls every since. If you go on Cash Advance's website, they have a warning about scammers. Good luck with this, it's amazing....if they spent as much time actually working a ligitimate job, they would good to go. Let the nagging begin....lol
I have had several phone calls from this guy claiming to be a debt collector and he is harassing me stating I have a loan from cash advanced which i do not have
I have received several calls from this company with legal threats of law suites/ jail time. I AM SICK OF THIS MAN CALLING ME HE IS IN NEW ORLEANS THE COMPANY NAME IS The Law office of Benjamin & Associates. WHO DO WE REPORT THIS TO SO THEY CAN BE STOPPED?
