called from this number..,no message..

I called it back--it led me to a guy that I couldn't quite hear. It's a business. He's called a lot. I call him back everytime.

this number calls me 2-3x a day and leaves no message...WTF??

This new number now calls me several times a day and doesn't leave a message.

I have continued to get calls from this number -- since I posted about it four days ago --  everyday, sometimes twice a day.  I hoped someone hereabouts would know who or what is behind this annoyance.
