I received a call from this number today 9-17-09 at 12:10 p m an when I answered nobody said anything.

Got a call 9/18/08 at 5:26pm CST.   Recording telling me this will only take 40 seconds...  Asks if I'd vote for either of two people I'd never heard of if I voted today.  I have no idea what company was conducting this poll, and unfortunately wasn't quick enough to write down the candidates' names.

5:54 pm 9/18/08 recording - would I vote for John Koehn? Cowan? or Tony Brown?  never heard of either.
