same as about, nothing when i answered and an all circuts busy when i called the number back

is this a political caller?  what part of the no call list do they not understand?

political survey.  Have been called by this number 3 times in the last 24 hours.

Got a call from this number at 6:35 pm Central time - did not answer as I didn't recognize the number - after seeing other reports I'm glad I didn't waste my time.

As soon as I answered the phone they hung up on me..... imagine that! lol
