Card Member Services - robo call wanting to help reduce interest rates on credit cards. I can't count how many calls I've gotten from this company. If you press 1 to speak to an agent, they hang up before you can tell them the number they've called is on the Do Not Call Registry. They constantly change numbers, so it's difficult to determine who is calling. Because I'm employed in higher education, I have to answer whenever the phone rings. Many of our students use cell phones, so it's difficult to screen out the telemarketers. Thank you for reading...rant over! ;-)
Just got a call from them too. Used the 'block' feature on my cell phone. If you are at an university or business, the telephone system administrator should be able to block incoming calls from specific numbers to lessen the annoyance ! Good Luck !
