No prob, though. Both #'s are blocked now.
My thoughts are we should sue the company that sells the phone without getting imformation who is buying it you need a phone I'd etc hold the phone company responsible or the carrier if they get fined maybe things would change
The way the American phone system was set up years ago for landlines a ten digit number consists of the first three as an "area code". This tells you what state and approximately what part of that state the call is from. The second set of three numbers is the "zum code". This narrows down the caller's location by city/cities in that given state. The last four, although not usually available to the public, will yield the location of the phone within a few blocks. Now, before cell phones and VOIP no area in the United States had a "zum code" that started with 0!! Most areas even now as long as you are calling within the same area code you can't dial a 0 as the first number because you get the operator!! The only ten digit phone numbers, I've only recently heard of that allow for the 0 are prisons!!!
