Who called from 6107225660

I keep getting calls from this number, 6107225660.  I always let them go to voicemail.  Sometimes they leave a message asking to speak to the "person who handles the electric bill."  I've tried calling back to tell them to put me on their do not call list, but the number is not in service (maybe it's a message they have set up and not the actual phone company???).

I Get the Same thing. They always call - almost everyday - and when i pick up they never answer

Same thing. The idiot calls 3-4 times a week and never leaves a  message on voicemail. The one time I answered no one said anything.

Same here. Always calls and never any one on the other end.  This has been going on for months now.

getting unwanted calls from 610 722 5660, I am on a do not call list.
