Yes I got the call from this number AND the Paoli PA number. Its an energy company 3rd party. They want to give you a discount on your electricity. You will still use your current source for the delivery of the electricity & your bill will stay the same but the actual electricity will be coming from a 3rd party company. I hope this makes sense. I already changed over - but am still being contacted
