I just checked a search engine and it is registered to a David Armbruster      Paoili Pa

This number calls 10 times a day a wakes up my toddler who is a light sleeper.  No one is ever on the other line which is even more annoying because you can't tell them to stop calling!

sOMEONE KEEPS CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER, THEY HAVE HEAVY ACCENTS  AND TALK OVER YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING. THEN THEY CALL AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. REPORTING THEM TO MY STATE

what is it about these people?
do they not know what "not interested" means?

Oh yeah, maybe their illegals just trying out for a job for an illegal company.
